Terms of Use
Version of 24 September 2026 — applies to the Dub'Up app, on phones and in the browser (dubup.app/jouer). Version française
Dub'Up is a dubbing game published by CoreAI (France). By using the app, and in any case before publishing a video or posting a comment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not publish or comment.
1. Who can play
Dub'Up is meant for players aged 13 and over. Creating an account is reserved for ages 15 and over. You are responsible for what happens under your nickname and your account.
2. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
Dub'Up has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. In your takes, the videos you publish, their titles, your comments, your nickname, your team names, the lines you write and the scenes you submit, it is forbidden to:
- harass, threaten, insult or humiliate anyone, or incite others to do so;
- post hateful or discriminatory content (origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic);
- post sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors;
- glorify or incite violence, terrorism, self-harm or illegal acts;
- impersonate someone, or reveal personal information about someone (address, phone number, photos, real names of people who did not consent);
- use material you do not own: characters, brands, music or excerpts from other works;
- spam, cheat, or disrupt the service or other players' games.
3. Moderation, reports and blocking
- Every video is reviewed by a person before it appears in the Showcase. Every scene submitted by a creator is reviewed before it joins the catalogue.
- Comments, nicknames and team names are filtered automatically, and anyone can report them.
- Every video and every comment has a Report button. We review reports within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms is removed, and its author is excluded from publishing and commenting, or from the service altogether.
- Content reported by several different players is hidden automatically until we review it.
- The Block button hides a player's videos and comments from you for good. Blocked players are listed, and can be unblocked, in the Account tab.
- To report anything else: [email protected].
4. Your content
Your voice and your texts remain yours. By publishing a video, you allow Dub'Up to show it in the app, in the Showcase and on the Dub'Up accounts on social networks, for free and for as long as it is published. Every player in a video can withdraw it from the Showcase at any time. By publishing a video in which other players' voices can be heard, you confirm that they agree.
By submitting a scene as a creator, you confirm that it is your own work and allow Dub'Up to show it in the game and the Showcase, mixed with players' voices, with your name.
5. The scenes in the catalogue
The scenes in the catalogue belong to CoreAI or to the creators who submitted them. You may play them and share the videos you make with them; you may not resell them or extract them to use them elsewhere.
6. The service
Dub'Up is free. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee it will work without interruption or errors. We may change the app, the catalogue or these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and important changes are announced in the app.
7. Ending
You can stop using Dub'Up and delete your account and your data at any time from the Account tab (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these terms.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by French law. Contact: [email protected].
